Job Details:

Prepare and set up CNC machines according to technical drawings and production requirements before starting operations.

Measure finished components and make necessary machine or program adjustments to maintain precision and accuracy.

Operate CNC machines based on engineering drawings and approved manufacturing plans.

Produce different machine parts while carrying out quality inspections to ensure standards are met.

Monitor machining operations during production and report any irregularities or technical issues immediately.

Ensure cutting tools, machine equipment, and working materials are properly maintained and ready for use.

Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area at all times.

Assist in improving machining efficiency and support smooth production workflow.

Job Experience Requirements

Previous experience as a CNC operator or relevant technical education in machining, production, or manufacturing.

Good technical understanding with strong attention to detail and knowledge of machining processes.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and follow production instructions accurately.

Willingness to learn, improve skills, and work effectively within a team environment.

Basic understanding of machine maintenance and workplace safety procedures will be considered an advantage.
