Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Assist customers/patients with inquiries, appointments, and service requests
  • Provide accurate information and ensure positive customer experience
  • Maintain call logs and follow internal procedures

Requirements

  • Fluency inย Arabic & English
  • Previousย healthcare or medical call centre experienceย preferred
  • Strong communication and customerโ€‘handling skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fastโ€‘paced environment
  • Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate
