Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Assist customers/patients with inquiries, appointments, and service requests
- Provide accurate information and ensure positive customer experience
- Maintain call logs and follow internal procedures
Requirements
- Fluency inย Arabic & English
- Previousย healthcare or medical call centre experienceย preferred
- Strong communication and customerโhandling skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fastโpaced environment
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate
