Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings and presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Sell managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, cloud services, backup solutions, networking, and hardware products.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of IT sales experience in the UAE.
- Proven experience selling IT solutions, managed services, cybersecurity solutions, or annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong prospecting and business development abilities.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage.
