IT Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.
  • Schedule and conduct customer meetings and presentations.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Sell managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, cloud services, backup solutions, networking, and hardware products.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of IT sales experience in the UAE.
  • Proven experience selling IT solutions, managed services, cybersecurity solutions, or annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong prospecting and business development abilities.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage.
