Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all daily kitchen operations
- Develop and refine menu offerings in line with the restaurantโs concept
- Ensure consistency in food preparation, presentation, and quality
- Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff
- Manage kitchen schedules and workflow planning
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing activities
- Control food costs and support budget management initiatives
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Collaborate with restaurant management to enhance guest satisfaction
- Foster a positive, organized, and productive kitchen environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or similar position
- Strong knowledge of menu development, kitchen management, and food cost control
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Culinary diploma or equivalent professional training preferred
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment
