Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee all daily kitchen operations
  • Develop and refine menu offerings in line with the restaurantโ€™s concept
  • Ensure consistency in food preparation, presentation, and quality
  • Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff
  • Manage kitchen schedules and workflow planning
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing activities
  • Control food costs and support budget management initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Collaborate with restaurant management to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Foster a positive, organized, and productive kitchen environment

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or similar position
  • Strong knowledge of menu development, kitchen management, and food cost control
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent professional training preferred
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Pay: AED15,000.00 – AED25,000.00 per month
