Admin & Social Media Executive
We are looking for a proactive and creative Admin & Social Media Executive to support our daily office operations and digital marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create marketing content including flyers, reels, short videos, and promotional posts.
- Update website content and maintain company online presence.
- Prepare basic marketing materials and company presentations.
- Attend phone calls, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with clients.
- Handle office administration, documentation, filing, and correspondence.
- Assist with quotations, reports, and general office support tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar design/video editing tools.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of website updates (WordPress or similar platforms) is preferred.
