Admin & Social Media Executive

We are looking for a proactive and creative Admin & Social Media Executive to support our daily office operations and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create marketing content including flyers, reels, short videos, and promotional posts.
  • Update website content and maintain company online presence.
  • Prepare basic marketing materials and company presentations.
  • Attend phone calls, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with clients.
  • Handle office administration, documentation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Assist with quotations, reports, and general office support tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience in social media marketing and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar design/video editing tools.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of website updates (WordPress or similar platforms) is preferred.
