What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute sales plans to grow product placement and market share in retail outlets
  • Identify and onboard new retail customers, distributors, and key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarkets, hypermarkets, grocery chains, and independent retailers
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with retail partners
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
  • Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years selling FMCG/Non-FMCG products into retail – non-negotiable.
  • Should be able to develop and manage team.
  • Proven experience managing a sales team.
  • Strong existing network within UAE retail — supermarkets, hypermarkets, or grocery chains.
  • Strong negotiator with solid communication and leadership skills.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
