What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute sales plans to grow product placement and market share in retail outlets
- Identify and onboard new retail customers, distributors, and key accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarkets, hypermarkets, grocery chains, and independent retailers
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with retail partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years selling FMCG/Non-FMCG products into retail – non-negotiable.
- Should be able to develop and manage team.
- Proven experience managing a sales team.
- Strong existing network within UAE retail — supermarkets, hypermarkets, or grocery chains.
- Strong negotiator with solid communication and leadership skills.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
