Job Description

PSA Academy, one of the UAE’s leading multi-sport youth academies established in 2014, delivers football, swimming, gymnastics, basketball, tennis and more to over 3,000 students across our Dubai and Sharjah venues. We are seeking a driven, results-focused Head of Sales to lead our sales function and drive the next phase of our growth.

In this role, you will own the full sales cycle โ€” from lead generation and trial conversion through to enrolment โ€” while leading and developing our sales and admin team to consistently meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive student enrolment and revenue growth across all sports and venues.
  • Lead, train, and manage the sales and admin team to achieve targets.
  • Convert leads, trials, and enquiries into long-term memberships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and partners.
  • Monitor performance, report on KPIs, and refine the sales strategy.
  • Work closely with management to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within sports, education, or services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Target-driven, organised, and self-motivated.
  • CRM experience (Classcard or similar) is an advantage.
  • UAE experience preferred.
