ARCHPIX Engineering Consultants is looking for a dynamic, experienced and highly organized Arabic Administrative Officer to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have a strong background in Engineering Consultancy or Construction company in UAE, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate must be an Arabic-speaking lady but able to converse fluently in English with excellent communication skills, strong administrative experience, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and draft contracts and official documents in both Arabic and English

* Handle day-to-day administrative and office coordination tasks

* Welcome clients and visitors professionally and assist them accordingly

* Support basic HR and administrative functions

* Maintain organized records, files, and documentation

* Coordinate with different departments and external parties when required

* Ensure smooth office operations and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

โœ” Arabic female candidate

โœ” Previous experience in the construction field is required.

โœ” Ability to create and review contracts in Arabic and English

โœ” Strong Multitasking and organizational skills

โœ” Knowledge of HR functions and office administration

โœ” Computer literate (MS Office, email correspondence, document management, etc.)

โœ” Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.

โœ” Strong verbal and written communication skills.
