ARCHPIX Engineering Consultants is looking for a dynamic, experienced and highly organized Arabic Administrative Officer to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have a strong background in Engineering Consultancy or Construction company in UAE, we want to hear from you.
The ideal candidate must be an Arabic-speaking lady but able to converse fluently in English with excellent communication skills, strong administrative experience, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and draft contracts and official documents in both Arabic and English
* Handle day-to-day administrative and office coordination tasks
* Welcome clients and visitors professionally and assist them accordingly
* Support basic HR and administrative functions
* Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
* Coordinate with different departments and external parties when required
* Ensure smooth office operations and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
โ Arabic female candidate
โ Previous experience in the construction field is required.
โ Ability to create and review contracts in Arabic and English
โ Strong Multitasking and organizational skills
โ Knowledge of HR functions and office administration
โ Computer literate (MS Office, email correspondence, document management, etc.)
โ Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
โ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
