Villaggio Hotel Abu Dhabi is looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and transportation.
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements with professionalism.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and update the hotel management system.
  • Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hotel reception, front office, or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems (PMS) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Hospitality-related qualifications are a plus.
