Villaggio Hotel Abu Dhabi is looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and transportation.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements with professionalism.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update the hotel management system.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel reception, front office, or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems (PMS) is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Hospitality-related qualifications are a plus.
