Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Provide detailed information about courses, training programs, fees, and schedules.
- Counsel and guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their career goals.
- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
- Coordinate with trainers and branch staff to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, telesales, education counseling, or admissions is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages will be an advantage.
