Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Provide detailed information about courses, training programs, fees, and schedules.
  • Counsel and guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their career goals.
  • Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
  • Coordinate with trainers and branch staff to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, telesales, education counseling, or admissions is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages will be an advantage.
