We are looking for a female Sales Coordinator on a Family Sponsorship Visa to join our team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Experience in following up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and inquiries.
- Ability to prepare and manage sales invoices and sales orders.
- Experience in coordinating with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
- Responsible for payment follow-up and collection from customers.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/accounting software is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers on sales inquiries and orders.
- Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers to ensure timely order execution.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients for collections.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department.
