Full job description

We are looking for a female Sales Coordinator on a Family Sponsorship Visa to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Experience in following up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and inquiries.
  • Ability to prepare and manage sales invoices and sales orders.
  • Experience in coordinating with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Responsible for payment follow-up and collection from customers.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/accounting software is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with customers on sales inquiries and orders.
  • Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and customers to ensure timely order execution.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients for collections.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales department.
