Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook hot dishes according to company recipes and standards
- Handle wok station, frying, stir-frying, grilling, and other hot kitchen operations
- Ensure food quality, taste consistency, and presentation standards
- Prepare ingredients and complete mise en place before operation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen working area
- Monitor stock usage and minimize food waste
- Follow food safety and kitchen SOP requirements
- Cooperate with kitchen team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a hot kitchen chef or wok chef required
- Experience in Chinese cuisine, BBQ restaurant, hotpot restaurant, or Asian cuisine preferred
- Good wok skills and understanding of heat control
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Responsible, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic English communication preferred
