Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook hot dishes according to company recipes and standards
  • Handle wok station, frying, stir-frying, grilling, and other hot kitchen operations
  • Ensure food quality, taste consistency, and presentation standards
  • Prepare ingredients and complete mise en place before operation
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen working area
  • Monitor stock usage and minimize food waste
  • Follow food safety and kitchen SOP requirements
  • Cooperate with kitchen team to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a hot kitchen chef or wok chef required
  • Experience in Chinese cuisine, BBQ restaurant, hotpot restaurant, or Asian cuisine preferred
  • Good wok skills and understanding of heat control
  • Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Responsible, hardworking, and team-oriented
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Basic English communication preferred
