Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration, coordination, purchasing, or accounting support is preferred.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Experience with invoice follow-up, quotations, purchasing, and petty cash management is an advantage.
  • Experience posting and managing job advertisements on Indeed or similar recruitment platforms is preferred.
  • Candidates holding a UAE Spouse Visa will be preferred.

Pay: AED2,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
