Job Description
We are hiring anย Administrative Support Staff / Office Managerย to take care of day-to-day organizing, cooking, cleaning, and admin support work at a small private residence and an executive office. The role includes full upkeep of both spaces and basic assistance in daily routines. This includes:
- Daily cleaning, tidying, and organization of all rooms and spaces
- Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management
- Cooking or meal preparation, managing groceries, inventory, and light errands
- Ensuring the home and office are always spotless, organized, and ready for guests or work
- Serving light refreshments or supporting meetings as needed
- Handling deliveries or supervising occasional maintenance visits
- May be assigned additional corporate administrative duties based on demonstrated proficiency in basic English communication and computer skills.

Requirements
- Previous experience as aย maid, cleaner, or housekeeper
- High personal standards forย cleanliness, reliability, and discretion
- Hardworking, detail-focused, and perfectionist personality
- Earnest characterย with respectful, conservative values
- English communicationย skills (basic conversational level or higher)
Preferred (but not required)
- Female candidate, preferably Asian
- Holds aย driverโs license
- Basicย computer skillsย (e.g., email, internet browsing, Microsoft Office tools)
- Ability to prepare both Asian and Western meals
