We are seeking an experienced and dependable Cleaners Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations, manage housekeeping staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background facilities management, with hands-on experience in deep cleaning, move-in/move-out services, and material management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage housekeeping staff and coordinate effectively with security personnel.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily cleaning activities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation across all properties.
• Oversee deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and routine housekeeping services.
• Coordinate with operations team for updating the housekeeping activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the proper use and storage of cleaning supplies, chemicals, equipment, and tools.
• Train and guide staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and company policies.
• Identify maintenance issues and report repair requirements promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Facilities Supervisor, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of:
• General and deep cleaning procedures
• Move-in and move-out cleaning services
• Pest control coordination
• Car wash and exterior cleaning operations
• Cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment
• Experience in real estate, property management, or facilities management is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties or tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience property management, or facilities management.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and cleaning industry standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
