FASSCO is looking for an Assistant Manager – All Day Dining who will be responsible for overseeing In Room Dining & Outlet operations at a healthcare facility. The Assistant Manager ensures that high standards of service are consistently maintained

• Ensures prompt and efficient service.
• Train Waiter / Waitresses on order taking process.
• Ensures all team members maintain high standards of personal presentation and deliver professional, courteous, and friendly service.
• Handles patient complaints promptly and professionally, providing feedback and involving the Head of Department when necessary.
• Conducts daily team briefings and ensures team members have the necessary knowledge, tools, and equipment to execute their tasks.
• Maintains accurate and timely records, including consumption logs, expiry logs, and tracking sheets.
• Focuses on Patient Experience management and ratings
• Performs other duties as assigned by management on a daily or occasional basis.
