Assistant Restaurant Manager| LโETO GROUP|ABU DHABI
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a strong, business-minded professional who can lead a team, drive service standards, and ensure smooth restaurant performance in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Lead team briefings and ensure clear communication of daily updates, VIPs, and service focus
- Conduct regular staff training and support team development
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction, handling feedback effectively
- Support implementation of SOPs and upcoming promotions
- Monitor costs, stock ordering, and overall operational efficiency
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in high-end and casual dining
- Strong administrative skills including attendance, reporting, permit application and use of operational systems (Seven Rooms and Syrve System)
- Good understanding of business performance and service standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Willing to relocate toย Abu Dhabiย and adapt to the lifestyle
