Assistant Restaurant Manager| Lโ€™ETO GROUP|ABU DHABI

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a strong, business-minded professional who can lead a team, drive service standards, and ensure smooth restaurant performance in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Lead team briefings and ensure clear communication of daily updates, VIPs, and service focus
  • Conduct regular staff training and support team development
  • Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction, handling feedback effectively
  • Support implementation of SOPs and upcoming promotions
  • Monitor costs, stock ordering, and overall operational efficiency
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience in high-end and casual dining
  • Strong administrative skills including attendance, reporting, permit application and use of operational systems (Seven Rooms and Syrve System)
  • Good understanding of business performance and service standards
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Willing to relocate toย Abu Dhabiย and adapt to the lifestyle
