Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bellman to assist guests with luggage and provide a warm welcome, ensuring an excellent arrival and departure experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and assist with luggage upon arrival and departure
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Concierge teams
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Support guest requests promptly and courteously

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit to handle luggage
• Friendly, polite, and service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends
