Renova 360 Contracting LLC is seeking a responsible and experienced Bus Driver to safely transport employees to and from various project sites across the UAE. The ideal candidate must possess a valid UAE Bus Driving Licence and be capable of driving both manual and automatic transmission buses while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company buses for staff transportation as per assigned routes and schedules.
• Drive both manual and automatic transmission buses.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of employees at designated locations.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or damages immediately to the Transport Incharge.
• Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle.
• Ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws, company policies, and road safety regulations.
• Keep accurate records of daily trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle inspections.
• Coordinate with the Transport Department regarding route changes or operational requirements.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers.
• Assist during vehicle breakdowns by following company emergency procedures.
• Maintain proper discipline and professional conduct while representing the Company.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Bus Driving Licence (Category 6 or equivalent).
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic buses.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Bus Driver.
• Good knowledge of Dubai and UAE road networks.
• Familiarity with RTA traffic regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and identify maintenance issues.
• Good communication skills in English (Hindi or other languages will be an advantage).
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience transporting staff or labour workforce.
• Experience driving 14-seater, 26-seater, or larger buses.
• Defensive driving certification will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
