Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cafรฉ Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafรฉ. The ideal candidate must have provenย cafรฉ management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive both operational excellence and outstanding customer service. This role requires hands-on management, team training, and a focus on delivering a welcoming, high-quality cafรฉ experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily cafรฉ operations, ensuring smooth workflow and service excellence.
- Supervise, train, and motivate cafรฉ staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Manage cafรฉ inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and control costs.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are strictly followed.
- Develop staff schedules to optimize labor costs while maintaining service standards.
- Monitor sales performance, implement promotional activities, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and local regulations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of team members.
- Maintain a positive cafรฉ environment that reflects the brandโs values and service philosophy.
Requirements:
- Minimumย 1โ3 years of proven experience managing a cafรฉ, coffee shop, or casual dining outlet.
- Strong knowledge of cafรฉ operations, including coffee/beverage service and light food offerings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial acumen with experience in inventory control, cost management, and sales analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
