Job Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding the sale of their vehicles
• Handle customer enquiries professionally both over the phone and in person
• Liaise with our company network to assist in completing vehicle sales efficiently
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist customers throughout the vehicle selling process
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions
• Maintain accurate records and customer information
• Work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving licence (required)
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic computer skills
