Job Summary

BES Contracting is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily site operations for structural construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on construction experience, and the ability to manage site teams while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in villa construction, commercial fit-out, concrete works, finishing works, and renovation projects within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for structural and fit-out works.
• Lead and manage construction workers, subcontractors, and skilled labor.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants, and QA/QC teams.
• Plan daily manpower allocation and monitor productivity.
• Inspect ongoing works to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate deliveries to avoid delays.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.
• Report daily site progress, manpower, and any issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization.
• Identify construction issues and provide practical site solutions.
• Verify completed work before consultant inspections.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining company quality standards.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Civil Foreman in the UAE/GCC (preferred).
• Proven experience in both structural construction and interior fit-out projects.

• Painting
• Joinery coordination

• Villa construction and renovations
• Ability to read construction drawings and shop drawings.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Good understanding of site safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• UAE/GCC construction experience.
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
• Experience supervising multiple subcontractors.
• Knowledge of project scheduling and daily progress reporting.
