Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experiencedย Cleanerย to join and create a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3ย years of proven experienceย in a housekeeping/cleaning role within the UAEโ€™s luxury vacation home rental activities . This role is critical in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities for the housekeeping
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure cleanliness and standards are consistently met.
  • Clean the apartments with efficiency and luxury hotel/ vacation homes standards
  • Monitor inventory and ensure proper usage of cleaning materials and supplies.
  • Support the Housekeeping Manager in scheduling, budgeting, and departmental reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Optimize timing and staff members for the future cleaning jobs
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2ย years of housekeeping/cleaning or assistant manager experienceย in a luxury hospitality environment in the UAE.
  • Valid UAE driverโ€™s licenseย is plus
  • Strong team work skills.
  • Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in using housekeeping software and Microsoft Office tools.
