Full job description

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (including laser) to perform precision fabrication tasks.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting attachments, materials, and accessories on machines.
• Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, daily inspections, and basic troubleshooting as required.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with company health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machinery within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Technical Skills: Proven ability to read technical drawings, interpret G-code/M-code, and use precision measuring tools.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with safety protocols, industrial materials, and standard machine shop practices.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
