We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to supervise daily site operations and lead construction teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
• Manage and monitor skilled and unskilled workers.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and project managers.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety compliance.
• Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Inspect completed work and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Construction Foreman.
• Proven experience supervising construction projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and work under pressure.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
