Full job description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist masons, carpenters, steel fixers, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other skilled workers with daily construction activities.
• Load, unload, move, and arrange construction materials, tools, and equipment at the worksite.
• Prepare construction materials such as cement, mortar, concrete, and other required materials under supervision.
• Perform excavation, backfilling, and general site preparation work as assigned.
• Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and storage areas to ensure a safe and organized site.
• Assist in erecting and dismantling scaffolding, barricades, and temporary site structures under supervision.
• Remove debris, waste materials, and unwanted construction materials from the site.
• Support material handling, transportation, and distribution across different work locations.
• Follow instructions from Site Engineers, Site Supervisors, and Foremen at all times.
• Wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or hazards to the Site Supervisor immediately.
• Perform other construction-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction work is mandatory.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors.
