Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to lead and oversee civil construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Preference will be given to candidates who are registered with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil construction projects from initiation through completion.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all site operations, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Ensure project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, authorities, and stakeholders.
• Manage project resources, manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and forecasts to management.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution, productivity, and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a Construction Manager role within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, contracts, and cost control.
• Experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Primavera P6, and project management tools.
• Thorough understanding of UAE construction regulations and authority requirements.
• ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality) registration is highly preferred.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
