We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive construction management experience, and a proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site.
• Ensure projects are completed according to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project milestones.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years UAE experience as construction manager
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
