Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities for a major railway infrastructure project. The successful candidate will supervise site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, monitor work progress, and ensure all activities are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, skilled workers, and site personnel.
• Monitor work progress and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with project quality requirements and HSE regulations.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, QA/QC, and HSE teams.
• Review site issues and assist in resolving technical and construction-related challenges.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Maintain daily site reports and progress records.
• Participate in site inspections and project meetings.
• Ensure good housekeeping and safe working practices at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Railway, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in construction supervision.
• Experience in railway, infrastructure, buildings, civil works, or power supply projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Experience supervising construction crews and subcontractors.
• Good understanding of construction methods, quality requirements, and HSE regulations.
• Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare daily reports and monitor project progress.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and Primavera is an advantage.
• Relevant safety certification (OSHA, NEBOSH, or IOSH) is preferred.

Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
