We are seeking a dedicated Crewing Officer to manage crew planning, recruitment, documentation, and crew change operations for our fleet while ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate crew changes and mobilization.
• Verify crew certificates, passports, visas, and medical documents.
• Arrange travel, visas, and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate crew records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with STCW, MLC, Flag State, and company requirements.
• Coordinate with Masters, Operations, and HR regarding crew requirements.
• Monitor contract and certificate expiry dates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in crewing or maritime HR.
• Knowledge of STCW, MLC, and maritime documentation.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with crew management software is an advantage.

Preferred:

• Experience in a shipping or offshore company.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple crew movements.
