Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Call Center Agent with healthcare call center experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and experience handling customer inquiries, appointments, and service bookings.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Schedule and manage appointments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding healthcare and wellness services.
  • Convert leads into bookings and support sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems.
  • Follow up with customers and ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimumย 2 years of UAE experienceย in a call center role.
  • Healthcare call center experience is mandatory.
  • Sales experience in a call center or customer service environment is required.
  • Experience in a clinic, hospital, wellness center, healthcare, aesthetics, or fitness industry is preferred.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner with the ability to navigate CRM and internal systems.
  • Positive attitude, professional phone etiquette, and strong teamwork skills
