Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and direct communication
- Provide accurate information regarding company services and products
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain professional communication with clients and visitors
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer support
- Maintain customer records and follow-up details
- Support front desk and administrative tasks when required
- Build positive relationships with customers and clients
- Ensure excellent customer service standards at all times
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English are mandatory
- Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage
