Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and direct communication
  • Provide accurate information regarding company services and products
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and visitors
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer support
  • Maintain customer records and follow-up details
  • Support front desk and administrative tasks when required
  • Build positive relationships with customers and clients
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards at all times

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English are mandatory
