Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound communications in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product/service information, resolve inquiries, and address concerns
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed

- Female only
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English
- Must have previous customer service call center or indoor sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite or CRM software
- Positive, patient, and professional demeanor
