Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound communications in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product/service information, resolve inquiries, and address concerns
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Female only
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English
  • Must have previous customer service call center or indoor sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite or CRM software
  • Positive, patient, and professional demeanor
