Job Description:

As Arabian Wanderers continues to expand, we are seeking a reliable, physically fit, and organized driver/helper to support our adventure operations. This is a versatile, hands on role responsible for maintaining the villa and equipment, preparing for trips, transporting gear and staff, and supporting full camp operations in remote outdoor settings.

Key Responsibilities:

At the Villa (Before and After Trips):

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the villa, warehouse, and storage areas.
• Buy, receive, check, and sort grocery deliveries for upcoming trips.
• Clean and maintain camping equipment: tents, mattresses, sleeping bags, kitchen gear, toilets, trailers.
• Pack and load trailers with designated equipment and supplies.
• Conduct full inventory checks before and after trips.
• Unload trailers, clean and store equipment, refrigerate food, and sanitize the kitchen after return.

Driving & Logistics: Safely drive 4×4 vehicles with trailers to remote desert/mountain locations.

• Transport equipment, staff, and occasionally guests, ensuring safety and professionalism.
• Conduct pre and post trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance.
• Navigate GPS routes in off-road conditions and adapt to schedule changes as needed.

During Trips:

• Support full camp setup: tents, mattresses, bedding, seating, kitchen, majlis, drinks table, toilets.
• Cook simple meals (BBQs, breakfasts) and maintain food hygiene.
• Keep the campsite clean and orderly throughout the trip.
• Report any lost or damaged equipment.
• Assist in breaking down the camp and repacking gear in an organized way.

Requirements:

• Based in UAE and willing to live in Ajman.
• Fluent or basic spoken English (other languages a plus).
• Valid UAE driving license with a clean record.

Owns or can drive a 4×4 vehicle with off-road experience.

• Physically strong and able to work long hours in various outdoor conditions.
• Basic cooking and food handling knowledge.
• Handy with tools, organized, detail oriented, and responsible.
• Trustworthy, punctual, and a good team player.
• Open minded and respectful of diverse cultures.
• Valid passport for potential travel or ID verification.
