Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Event Coordinator with experience in balloon décor and event styling to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate events from inquiry to execution, create high-quality balloon decorations, manage online orders, and ensure every customer receives excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate birthday parties, corporate events, and special occasions from booking to completion.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, social media, and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage online orders from various platforms and ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
• Prepare event quotations, invoices, event schedules, and booking confirmations.
• Design, assemble, and install balloon decorations, including balloon garlands, arches, backdrops, centerpieces, and custom balloon arrangements.
• Coordinate event setup and dismantling while ensuring all timelines are met.
• Work closely with clients, suppliers, and the operations team to ensure smooth event execution.
• Maintain inventory of balloons, event supplies, and decoration materials.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after each event.
• Assist in developing creative balloon concepts and event décor ideas.
• Perform other event-related and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Event Coordinator, Balloon Artist, or in a similar role.
• Proven experience creating professional balloon decorations.
• Experience handling customer inquiries and online orders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using online ordering and messaging platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays when required.
• A valid UAE driving license is an advantage but not required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in children’s parties, family entertainment, or event venues.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and basic content posting is a plus.
• Creative eye for colors, themes, and event styling.
• Basic knowledge of event budgeting and planning.
