Full job description

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute events from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and able to work under pressure to ensure seamless event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events (corporate, social, and promotional).
  • Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, dรฉcor, entertainment, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop event timelines, budgets, and post-event reports.
  • Handle event marketing, promotions, and guest communications.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements.
  • Monitor event activities, troubleshoot issues, and provide on-site support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creativity and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Arab Native speakers Only.
  • English Speaking and Writing is Mandatory.
