We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute events from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and able to work under pressure to ensure seamless event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events (corporate, social, and promotional).
- Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, dรฉcor, entertainment, and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop event timelines, budgets, and post-event reports.
- Handle event marketing, promotions, and guest communications.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements.
- Monitor event activities, troubleshoot issues, and provide on-site support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Creativity and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools.
- Bachelorโs degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Arab Native speakers Only.
- English Speaking and Writing is Mandatory.
