Job Summary:
The Event and Corporate Manager is responsible for developing business opportunities and managing corporate events from planning to execution. The role focuses on building strong client relationships and ensuring successful event delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients.
  • Generate new business leads and secure event bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage corporate events and functions.
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
  • Ensure events are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Attend networking events and business meetings to promote company services.
  • Meet sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning or corporate event management.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous events, client projects, or business development achievements is required.
  • Experience in event management, corporate events, sales, or business development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
