Job Title: Excavator Mechanic Assistant / Manual Vehicle Driver

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Excavator Mechanic Assistant to support our mechanic with the maintenance, servicing, and repair of excavators and other heavy equipment. The candidate must also be able to drive a manual vehicle and have a valid UAE driving licence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the mechanic with servicing, maintenance, and repairs of excavators and heavy equipment.

* Assist with basic mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine-related work.

* Help with changing oils, filters, belts, hoses, and other mechanical components.

* Assist in checking equipment for faults and reporting technical issues.

* Collect and deliver spare parts, tools, materials, and equipment when required.

* Drive the company pickup/manual vehicle safely to workshops, suppliers, job sites, and other locations.

* Have good knowledge of Dubai roads, locations, and addresses.

* Keep tools, equipment, and the company vehicle clean and organized.

* Follow all safety procedures and company instructions.

* Support the mechanic and site team with daily operational requirements.

Requirements:

* Valid UAE driving licence for manual/light vehicles – mandatory.

* Good knowledge of Dubai roads, locations, and addresses – mandatory.

* Previous experience as a mechanic assistant, heavy equipment mechanic assistant, or similar role is preferred.

* Basic knowledge of excavators, diesel engines, hydraulics, and mechanical systems is an advantage.

* Must be confident driving a manual transmission vehicle.

* Able to assist with lifting, carrying tools/parts, and general workshop/site duties.

* Basic English communication skills.

* Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and responsible.

* Must follow UAE road safety regulations and company safety procedures.
