Job Summary

The Executive Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to the Owner while also assisting with the collection, delivery, and handling of sensitive documents, company materials, and personal items. The role requires the highest level of discretion, trustworthiness, flexibility, and confidentiality, as the driver will be regularly exposed to confidential business and personal information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport the Owner to business meetings, appointments, events, and personal engagements.
  • Ensure punctual arrival and departure according to the Owner’s schedule.
  • Collect, deliver, and distribute confidential documents, packages, and sensitive materials on behalf of the Owner and the Company.
  • Coordinate the pickup and delivery of contracts, bank documents, permits, legal paperwork, and other business-related materials as required.
  • Run personal and business errands for the Owner.
  • Handle company and personal information with strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist with luggage, packages, office materials, and other items as required.
  • Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition.
  • Schedule and monitor vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance, registration, and fuel requirements.
  • Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely transportation.
  • Support the Owner with ad hoc tasks and assignments as requested.
  • Remain available for occasional evening, weekend, holiday, and emergency assignments.

Confidentiality & Trust Requirements

The Executive Driver will have access to confidential business information, sensitive documents, and personal matters relating to the Owner and the Company. The employee is required to:

  • Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all company, financial, commercial, legal, and personal information.
  • Never disclose, discuss, copy, or share confidential information with any third party.
  • Safeguard all documents, electronic devices, correspondence, and materials entrusted to them.
  • Sign and comply with the Company’s Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
  • Demonstrate the highest standards of integrity, loyalty, professionalism, and discretion.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as an Executive Driver, Chauffeur, or Personal Driver to senior executives.
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
