We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to top management.
- Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, and official documents.
- Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage office filing systems, records, and databases efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Arrange travel itineraries, visas, hotel bookings, and logistics for executives.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office.
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree in office administration, secretarial studies, or related field.
- 2โ5 years of experience as an Administrative or Executive Secretary.
- Experience with senior management in reputable companies preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and knowledge of office procedures.
- Skilled in secretarial and clerical tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Candidates in Qatar with valid NOC and immediate availability preferred.
